Not-for-profits (NFPs) often have limited resources for improving back-office functions….

….and that means it can be a real challenge for NFPs to gain the financial insights and monitoring needed to deliver their objectives to a wide stakeholder group in the best possible way.

In this webinar, Grant Thornton NZ will share some of their learnings and practical advice around improving the outputs of your finance system.

What will we cover?

  • The three elements of any successful finance system or improvement project
  • An overview of the components of the finance function in NFPs
  • Some common pressure points in NFP finance and reporting systems
  • Examples of solutions to address such pressure points
  • Example software stacks we have seen in use
  • Case studies with clients that have applied the above approach

The webinar is co-hosted by ApprovalMax and Grant Thornton New Zealand.
